Return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging (including tags, if any)
Not damaged by misuse
We also accept returns for quality issues (e.g., manufacturing defects). If you believe the product has a defect, please contact us with photos.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable (e.g., underwear, swimwear with protective strip removed). If you are unsure, please ask before purchasing.
Return process

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (free return).
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location specified.

Free returns – you will not be charged for return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

Refund timing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. Finally, reach out to us – we will help you track it.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
